Applied online through a 3rd party app in late Feb. Like Linkedin, but a Chinese app. Got a phone call from HR 3 days later ( I applied on Friday). The person gave me some basic knowledge on GE Healthcare in China, and arranged a phone interview with the manager of this job. Got the phone call next day, and talked with the manager(intro, Q&A). He asked me to come to GE to do a on-site interview the next day. Went to GE Healthcare in Beijing. Talked with the manager for about an hour. Great guy. He told me I would get the offer in 2 days. Then I got contacted by HR that night, talked a little bit more on the benefits and salary. Received the offer 2 days later.
