I applied online on May 10, I got an email confirmation 3 days later. 15 days later, I got a phone call from the recruiter arranging for a phone interview.
The 1st phone interview got rescheduled because she was overbooked. It got rescheduled to 2 days later.
The interview questions were very easy. Most of them are basic screening background questions, my experiences and the job responsibilities etc.
The hiring manager interview was virtual, followed by a virtual panel interview. Most interviewers were from Amazon, and the process resembled Amazon-style interviews focused heavily on behavioral and leadership-based questions.
I was in their feeder rotational program, so the interview was relaxed. They asked me some questions about my experience and capabilities, as well as confidence in certain situations. I asked them about growth opportunities and responsibilities.

3 phase interview, it took a long time until get the response, many iteractions. More ir less 3 months. Firat step was with local GM, then with the regional manager. After with the HR team.
