The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Irvine, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Not exactly thorough: after skipping introduction for the interviewer was on a clock, we got to checking boxes in half an hour time. In the end I felt like this interview was made to fill in a quota

Congratulations! You are invited to participate in a digital interview with GE Healthcare. This is a preliminary screen, and if your application progresses to the next stage you may still have the opportunity to have a face-to-face to interview. Digital interviewing is a modern, efficient way to interview. Simply record your answers to pre-set interview questions from GE Healthcare using your computer and webcam or your mobile device. After you finish, we will review your responses and contact you regarding next steps. Please Note: GE Healthcare does NOT use Artificial Intelligence to evaluate interview videos. Our (human) recruiters are excited to hear what you have to say!

Question 1
Why are you interested in this position? What do you know about our company?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Waukesha, WI) in Dec 2011
Interview
Be prepared to spend at least 4 hours in the interview process on site. This comes after a short phone screen by a human resource contract employee and potentially an hour on the phone with the hiring manager as well. You will be interviewed by peers as well as other leaders you may or may not interact with. Sometimes it is a real hodge podge. Give specific examples when asked scenario questions. They will also ask alot of behavioral questions. If they don't completely overwhelm you with the interview process, you may fit in with the type A culture.
