The whole process took three and a half months. After four rounds of interviews and two weeks of silence following the onsite, the recruiter finally scheduled a call—just to tell me they wouldn’t be moving forward. It felt like being scammed.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GE Vernova (Niskayuna, NY) in Dec 2025
Interview
First, 2 round of virtual interview. 1st round was mostly about my overall experience on AI/ML and asking high-level questions from different projects.
2nd round was more on the deep-dive to a specific project and then talk on that.
After that,
3 round on-site interview in a day.
1. Presentation with Q/A
2. Technical Question Round on Presentation
3. In general fundamental AI/ML interview.
There was a non-technical session as well.

Question 1
What do you think on the adaptation of AI model in healthcare and how FDA should approach on the evaluation of those models for approval?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GE Vernova (Bengaluru) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interviewer was dismissive and condescending, showing little interest in a meaningful conversation. Their arrogance overshadowed the process, making it an unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Would not recommend engaging with them.
