The interview process mainly talked about my academics and project work. We discussed one design project I had worked on and they wanted me to talk a little bit about the design requirements and how I approached modelling the constraints. This was actually an interview with GE Aviation, and then they told me that they actually had only 1 spot and a stronger candidate for it, but my career goals actually looked like a better fit with GE Power. So the interviewer escorted me to another room where I went through similar process with GE Power and they made me an offer.

Reached out to do an EDP hirevue interview. Prerecorded question answer format with two attempts per questions with one minute to think about response. Interviewee is able to complete at own leisure and complete questions with breaks inbetween.
