I was contacted through email after i applied in a LinkedIn post. Had a brief meeting over the phone with Maintenance Manager and Human Resources. After that they arranged a meeting in person on GE headquarters in Buenos Aires Argentina. They have a very nice offices with modern concept. Met with the maintenance manager, human resources manager and analyst. Short talked. I wasn't selected to continue. Felt bad, but no more than waiting 2 months for an answer. The overall process was nice.
