I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GE Vernova
Interview
Normal interview, tell me about yourself, what do you know about the company, about wind, and my studies. The manager seemed nice, he did not have a lot of question to ask so it was like 15 minutes long but I did not get the job

Question 1
How do you react if one of your colleagues has problems with one task?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE Vernova in Oct 2013
Interview
After speaking with a recruiter at the career fair, I received an interview around a month later after applying online. The interview was entirely behavioral based and straight-forward with only around 8 questions. However, the majority of the questions asked involved negative situations (e.g. tell me about a time that you failed, when you disappointed in your performance, disagreed with your boss, etc.), which made the overall experience unenjoyable. Response time was impressively quick, though, with offers made within a week after interviews.

I interviewed at GE Vernova (Durgapur, West Bengal)
Interview
1 round of aptitude and technical and managerial interview. it was on the difficult side but logical. interviewer was supportive. you need to have good core knowledge. keep your mind open they look for the approach of answering.
I interviewed at GE Vernova (Lisburn, Northern Ireland)
Interview
It was a technical interview but I had not prepared as they didn’t tell me it would be until the start of the interview, so I didn’t do great. Some more communication before the interview would have been nice
