      LCS Hardware Design Validation Interview

      Nov 8, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GE Vernova in Apr 2013

      Interview

Applied online by email, and received an email to set up a time for a phone interview within a few weeks. The phone interview was with two of the engineering managers. They didn't seem extremely prepared for the interview, but they seemed to have set questions as everyone (some of my friends also got calls) had the same questions. Most of the questions were quite typical such as tell us about yourself, what is your strength, what would you do if there was an arguement in the workplace.

      Question 1

No really difficult questions, but the most technical one I was asked was, if you were testing a product and you came across an intermittent error, what steps would you take to try and solve it.
