I completed three interview stages, including an onsite meeting. While the interview questions were not particularly challenging, the process overall felt somewhat unstructured. One key area for improvement is communication. After investing significant time, including attending an onsite interview, I only received a response after following up myself. A more proactive and professional approach to candidate communication would greatly improve the experience. Based on my experience, I would expect a more organised and transparent process.
