After a few rounds of interviews I was invited to a final onsite interview. After taking time out of my day to travel down and having the interview in person, I was completely ghosted and didn't receive any further communication. Neither interviewer I spoke to really knew what they wanted from the role and seemed a little lost having to conduct interviews.
