Sit in the waiting room for an hour, everyone is friendly because they need workers, get asked a bunch of questions and after a sweaty 10 minutes get an answer if you get to go to the next step or not
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GEO Group in Feb 2023

Interview process was short and sweet. I got the offer letter the same day in my email. It was quick and easy and they just ask some questions in the interview
