Thanks for your feedback, we regret that your interview process was not clearly communicated to you, we explain on the initial call that the first interview is a brief 'get-to-know' for candidates and us. You would have been informed that the second interview is the one you needed to set a whole day aside for, if we knew you had to return back home the same day we would not have wasted your time and postponed your first appointment till a more suitable time. we are sorry for the miscommunication.
