Got to the office 5 minutes before scheduled interview time and was made to wait nearly 30 minutes. Very casual interview with manager and HR specialist who said nothing but took notes. Manager revealed that they were interviewing every person who applied (~20 people). Asked standard interview questions and one or two job-specific ones. Told me I would hear within two weeks. After 2.5 weeks, I hadn't heard back so contacted HR person, who ignored me. After another week, sent an e-mail to interviewing manager. He didn't reply, but the HR person e-mailed me and tried to lowball me on salary and wouldn't budge. They wanted to pay less than the state government! Less than a year later, they've reposted the job on their Careers page . . .
