Company Leadership Interview ( with 3 of the leadership team) 4. Interview with the CEO 5. On-site interview with the Client 6. Cultural Survey Index 7. Traditional Drug/Background Check The staff are very kind and easy to talk to. The overall atmosphere is friendly. They are a small company and a tight-knit group so you get to know everyone well. For the Process Engineer position, the interview questions are more managerial and leadership-based.

Made me do four tests before they even reviewed my resume. Then declined to interview me based on my resume alone. Huge waste of time. The tests took a good chunk of time for not even being in consideration.
