GNJ Manufacturing interview questions

GNJ Manufacturing advertises for data entry positions, but are really looking for sales representatives. The current office location and environment is unappealing. The 'interview' was not really an interview but a 45 second screening process, which should be done over the phone or by email with simple HR skills. Waste of time.
