As far as our interview process is concerned, we believe in what we are doing. I have personally designed the key performance traits test based on our experience and expectation. Also, when someone has strong coding / engineering skills, we give that much higher weightage and try to explore all possibilities of how we can work with the key performance traits. In summary, for every role the emphasis and importance to core job skills is lot more than all other assessments we do
One of the most important thing we look for in the candidate is attitude. We believe an open and inquisitive mind is most important for learning. Please review your post to see your attitude. If you strongly believe you had done very well in your assessment, you could have asked the GoFrugal recruitment manager to explain why you were found unsuitable for GoFrugal needs. We would have happily explained to you and if we found anything to improve in our process or skills, we would have happily accepted the same. This way, we all learn and improve
