GP Harmon Recycling interview questions

Initial phone screen was with corporate recruiter in Atlanta. This was very basic. They then set up an in person interview in Irvine. This was a 4 hour interview. Four people interviewing, each for one hour. After that, they offered a job four months later. This prolonged process was not delayed, it's just the pace they operate. All questions were situational questions.
