interview included 4 steps: - first two phone interview, basic technical questions and quite fast - then a coding session with a language of choice, mostly to look at the problem solving strategies than actual coding knowledge - finally a full day at the company to meet the whole team, with plenty of in-depth technical questions and considerations. Aim was to check the response to unknown situations and the logic followed.
