I had an online interview with GRTC. It was difficult to understand the interviewer and he had the interview up on a different monitor. He never looked at the monitor with the camera and the entire interview felt uncomfortable and cold as a result. I did not even check to see if I got the job afterwards, it was not a place I wanted to work.
