The interview process was pretty average although I did not expect it to be so relaxed. I was a little nervous when I was told I'd be meeting with a Managing Partner. I arrived to their office building and waited in their lobby while filling out a short info sheet. I then met with Rod, the President of the company. He was surprisingly laid back and nice for being the President. We talked about the position and my background for about a half hour. Then, he invited me back for a second round interview for the following week during which I met with Sean, one of his top Executives. Sean was just as laid back and nice as Rod. We talked about how he got into the business, his family, etc. It was a job shadow, so I was with Sean for the entire day to see what the job was like. I'd never been on an interview like that so it was pretty cool and useful as far as assessing if I thought I could do what he does. We met with some of his existing clients as well as attending a few appointments he had set and making new ones. When we returned to the office, I met with Rod again to wrap up and heard back with a job offer shortly after.
