2 rounds of interview and one round of health checkup was conducted. On interview day, first document verification and identity verification was completed as is customary at any place. Then was asked to sit in a lounge with other candidates. Each candidate was being interviewed for approximately 30 to 45 minutes. It was a day long procedure with more than 10 candidates. I was interviewed as 7th candidate. Interview panel included about 5 persons. All of them asked questions. On joining I realized that few of the penal members were perhaps from different office or organization. interview lasted about 45 minutes. In the end was asked about salary expectation and on my mention they asked to rationalize it with HR. By the end of the day I was asked to see MD who asked two question. Whether will be comfortable with the organization and Will be comfortable in role and confident of delivering it? Interview day was over and we were immediately reimbursed our Air Ticket costs.
