The interview was conducted by a total of 8 people. There were 3 rounds—1 round with conference producers, another with other employees of the company, and last with the CEO. Most questions related to the position and if my qualifications and experiences were a fit with the position. They did however did ask me of my experiences in former workplaces. I don't recall any difficult questions being asked. However, they did choose someone with more experience in that field. I think it should've been stated sometime before an interview was scheduled that they were looking for someone with that type of experience, rather than going for an 'entry level' position.

lengthy, awkward, taken into a conference room and grilled by different people in groups. very uncomfortable. the group mostly sat around looking at the walls or floors while one person would direct and one would speak or ask questions.
