The interview itself went well but the process afterward was absolutely awful. It has now been 4 weeks since my interview, and I have still not received any feedback or even a basic update on the outcome. I had to constantly chase the Talent department for answers, and every time I was told “next week” or “I will chase them up” - none of which ever happened. The communication was vague, unhelpful, and honestly disrespectful of my time. Out of genuine interest in the role, I reached out to the hiring manager directly and my email was completely ignored. No honesty, no closure, no professionalism.I have never experienced such a poor and disorganised recruitment process.

A physical Interview with a two man panelist , they already had a list of prepared questions ready , a total of six situational questions were asked and three other competency based questions
