Started off with a recruiter from a third party contacting me and I interviewed with them, then I sat down with an interview in person with one of the CM's. Thought it went well, but didn't hear back. I called the recruiter that setup the interview and asked if they had heard back and they said they wanted another interview (not that unusual), so I went in for another interview only to be disparaged for gaps in my resume that were due to economic circumstances. Glad I didn't get the job.
