Interview was pretty short, asked basic questions and gave a tour around the lab. It is a casual interview so no need to show up in a suit and tie. Only met with the lab manager and was introduced to the employees during the tour. At the end was given time to accept position or not. Only bad thing is you don't know what exactly you are doing until you start work.
