Gadsden County Schools interview questions

The teacher candidate is required to have at least a bachelor's degree prior to the interview. It is also helpful to have taken and passed the state required teacher exams to be considered a highly qualified teacher. The teacher candidate will be interviewed by the principal and several other administrators and teachers.

Went to a hiring fair located at one of the high schools. Interviewed with the middle school. I had no experience as a teacher. I did however have my resume and letter of eligibility stapled together along with extra copies. The main thing they said they wanted was for a employee who would show up to work and be consistent.
