In the case study round, we were given a company and a set of information. Using this, we were expected to pull relevant information and prepare a company profile in a specified format.
In the interview, questions were asked about the company’s business model, basic finance concepts, and some HR-related questions.
There are two rounds. First case presentation followed by technical round. For Case study 60 minutes were given for the preparation. The task was to analyze a company/s financial statement and put it together in the context of private equity investment landscape.
