I had a phone interview with Justin first which was very relaxed. He asked me a few questions about my previous experience and background. He gave me a lot of background on the company and his career at Galen.
There was two online, multiple choice quizzes that were pretty straightforward. One quiz was primarily on JavaScript and one quiz was on SQL. I would say that most people getting out of college won't ace either quiz without reading up on the questions. That being said, there were not any really difficult questions.
The in-person interview was great; it was pretty informal. It was a phone interview with the developers in Chicago and Boston along with a few Burlington employees in the conference room. Honestly Galen seemed a little unprepared for the interview (not a lot of questions) but it made for a dynamic interview and showed me how fun of a place it is.
In the end Justin told me that they would be extending offers soon but after I expressed interest he never let me know I didn't make the cut.
