First I sent in an email with my resume and a cover letter in the body of the email. I then received a call out of the blue, which turned out to be the interview. So, the interview was entirely conducted over the phone -- not in person. It was short and sweet and it seemed as if they'd already made up their mind. It was much more of a conversation than a true interview.
