The questions were different in each interview. Most rotated around situational queries and how I would respond to them.
In the first, they were about general Salesforce knowledge, essentially qualifying that my certifications were earned and not cheated.
In the second, the questions were coming from the department head I would be serving under, qualifying that I was best in that department specifically, rather than a more generalized role.
In the 3rd interview, the focus shifted to be more on project management, and how to deal with clients and team members. While I had initially applied for a consultant-level position, I had demonstrated significant experience in project management to transition my application for that position. I imagine this interview would have been skipped had I remained in the consultant lane.
