It was a group interview with 4-5 others. We had to answer some questions altogether and then jump into a ball pit. Then filled out a form and it was done.

One informal interview at the venue. Interview was conducted by the Duty Manager who was my direct supervisor. Straightforward questions about customer service, dealing with difficult customers and teamwork. Included a basic numeracy test.
