Really bad communication. Recruiter doesn't care about candidates. They speak about salaries in 'bruto/neto' 🤮 Just adding confusion to the candidate. The candidate doesn't want to open the calculator to know how match they will pay. So annoying.

I was contacted directly on LinkedIn by a recruiter regarding a Senior Product Designer role. Two introductory HR calls were scheduled, but neither took place. After confirming the rescheduled call and waiting at the agreed time, I received no call, explanation or apology. Candidates deserve better communication and respect for their time.

Aplico en su web incluyendo un video con mi perfil. El formulario incluyen varias preguntas detalladas que requieren tiempo para contestar. Al cabo de un minuto recibo un email de rechazo. No se toman ni el tiempo de mirar tu perfil. Probablemente hagan un filtrado agresivo.

Lento pero te van avisando de cambios en todo momento, te tienen muy en cuenta. Las chicas de people majisimas. De principio a fin te sientes muy cómoda. Son varias fases. 1 con people y luego tecnicas (1 o 2) y luego con el cliente que te vayan a asignar.
