They list the same job online with a bunch of different titles to appeal to as many people as possible. When I went in for the first interview, there were at least 6 other applicants there, and I was kept waiting for an hour from my scheduled time, for a 15 minute interview where really only one question was asked about me. Seems like they'll take just about anyone, experience doesn't matter. They make their training program sound great while staying as vague as possible, but really what you'll be doing is selling Direct TV at Costco, even though they claim to not be looking for sales people. They said even once you're past training and in a "management" position, it's 30% office time, 70% time "in the field" (which I take to mean at Costco).
