I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Garlands Florist (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2012

Interview

In person interview was friendly. It started with a friendly chat about my previous experience. I also brought my portfolio consisting of images of my previous work. Interview was simple, there were no surprising questions, just regular standard interview question about what to do in a challenging situation, etc.
