The process was very streamlined and easy to follow. I knew what to expect and when to expect it. Everyone I met with was very nice and upfront about what they would need from a person in this role.

We mostly talked about my previous experience in the HRIS that they use. There are some pain points that they are looking to alleviate as well as making the system the company's one-stop-shop for all things HR.
