I applied online and received an email to schedule an in-person interview. I went in for the interview and received a follow-up phone call within a few days with an offer.
There was a phone interview that didn't take long, then a shark tank portion if you move on to the second round, which was really hard. You know on the spot if you make it to the final round, and they're very selective.
