Interviewed on site with 2 members of the corporate development team for about half an hour. The tone of the interview was conversational. I talked about my experience and why I was interested in the job. I also asked them a lot of questions.
After 30 minutes the head of the corporate development team came in. He asked some more structured questions, but the tone was still casual. This lasted another 15 minutes.
After the interview I did a take home case study. I was given a set of financial statements and asked to normalize EBITDA for an acquisition target. Overall it was a positive and low pressure experience.
