I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gecko Robotics (New York, NY) in Nov 2022
Interview
Initial phone screener interview with recruiter. Then an hour long virtual interview with basic behavioral questions. It also included solving a riddle. The next round was in person in NYC with 3 back to back hour long interviews and an hour information session/demo. Overall it was a mix of behavioral questions and technical questions. They had me do a medium leetcode problem and solve a few math scenario problems.
OA -> Recruiter interview -> Coding interview -> 3 Engineering team interviews (part decomp / part problem solving / part coding question) -> Hiring manager interview (behavioural). OA was hackerrank easy/medium with DP, Graphs, and No pointer
