Started with a phone call from HR. We spoke briefly and I was invited to meet with the Department Manager. After the interview (mixed with traditional questions and engaged conversation) I was called the next day and offered the role. I did not have to interview with a panel or come in for multiple interviews. I felt that this was refreshing!
