The worst experience ever! Just after you apply and before start any interview, they want you to - Fill out candidate assesment survey (140 questions) which takes 30-40 mins to complete - Read document they send about company values The only interview I had with was recruiter which he asked me whether I've read their company value document as if its kind of homework. They really obsessed with those values and he offended when I say I skimmed through

totally un professional company, not sure if they really looking for a talent or just time pass, beware that they would ask you to do
Logic Test and Personality Test. later some telephonic rounds for an hour, but expect long delays in their responses, sometime you need to send an email asking for feedback. utter waste of time attending interview with this company
