To my surprise, the interview process was quite brief and straightforward. It primarily focused on essential aspects such as my background, relevant experience, and alignment with the company’s values.

They choose their candidates on the basis of astrology and numerology, which I found not fine and quite orthodox and weird. Office smelled a bit off. HR was kind and good, but the owner wasn't the best.

There was no process. I filled an online form and a few days later I am asked to proceed with the second step which is assignment. I received no call or emails for a basic discussion on CTC and other things which I feel is an ideal first round. The assignment requested for full entire proposal deck including concept, strategy, execution and budget with a tight deadline. It very much seemed like an approach to just steal ideas and work. I did not agree to go ahead with the assignment and suggested an alternative with having a F2F interview where I will happily take you through a proposal of a brand that I previously worked on. I haven't heard from them since & that speaks for itself.
