The organization posts vacancies on public forums such as their website and Brighter Monday. They only contact shortlisted candidates and invite them for one round of interviews. Interviews are not done in any particular order, but they prefer male candidates as the field is saturated by women. The interviewers are in a panel consisting of an HR person, a person from your field and any other senior management person. They will ask questions related to your field but also relating to the hospital (which is medical relating to how to the survivor will be helped medically)
