He asked me my preference for remote working and said he was pushing for 2 days in the office. I said that would be fantastic but happy with anything they want. They said my preference was a “red flag” and won’t be providing me with the position. When I said this was entirely misconstrued, I actually enjoyed speaking with him so much I’d go in as much as he asked. They offered me another interview. I declined bc I don’t want to work for a company that doesn’t think the work life balance it their employees is important.
