Tried - emphasis on tried - to communicate with someone possessing barely intelligible English and even less ability to read a CV. It would help if they bothered having staff that could speak and communicate more effectively than my cat. It's sad I have a Ph.D and can't find a job, but the person I had to deal with gets to collect a paycheck.

I got an email after submitting my application and had a brief interview with the director and lab members. Some basic technical questions were asked but very standard overall. The research was slightly explained but it’s necessary to have a basic background knowledge
