1. Telephonic Round
2. F2F (Technical)
3. Managerial round
4. HR
Sometimes they will give one test just to filter out the profiles. And sometimes Architect can also take the interview.

Interview
It was a four steps process:
1) Preliminary Shortlist Interview - This step was mainly a telephonic with some basic questions to answer on your skills.
2) Technical Interview - This is one to one for a deep insight of your technical abilities.
3) Techno Managerial - Managerial interview with some sound techno managerial questions.
4) HR - Mostly salary and joining period negotiation.
I heard now a days a system testing also added for less experienced candidates.
