Very informal and comfortable, they were straight forward on what they were looking for and because I had a contact within the company I understood what they did and how I could benefit them with my work background and contact database, they have a surprise for interview applicants but I won't say what it is or it would ruin the surprise! Great people and really simple interview.

The interview process is long and thorough. They make an effort to really get to know the candidate before bringing them onboard. Multiple phone calls and in person meetings with uncommon questions.
