Applied directly and was asked to do a timed test. Was then invited for a screening interview, where I learned that they are not as flexible in terms of remote working as stated in the job description. A second interview was to follow but I withdrew my application as the in person requirements were not suitable for me. Overall, the application process could do with more transparency, as I was unaware how many interview stages there would be.

The process consisted of a screening call, timed test and final interview with a presentation. All were conducted online. It was not particularly difficult. There was a long time gap between the screening call and final interview.
