I had 4 interview phone calls totaling 3 hours. I spoke with both Human Resources and Sales leaders. I was then ghosted with no explanation. I followed up by email and voicemail with the HR Manager and never heard back. For a functional medicine lab testing company with a mission to help people, this was extremely unexpected and disappointing behavior.
I met with two managers, and had only one round of interviewing. It was a thorough interview but not a long process overall. Great company to work for at the time, around 2010.
