The interview process was long and took over 2 weeks to meet with the management and ownership team. Smart questions with an emphasis on wine and food knowledge. Company seems like it would be a great experience to work. Owner was a bit cold and unresponsive answering my questions. Director of Operations has a very intimidating presence and comes across fake.
