Informal interview process. No really tough or standard interview questions asked. Was offered job before I left. Total time was probably under 10 minutes. Branch manager interviewed me directly. Showed me briefly how the equipment works. Interview was on a saturday. I dressed in a suit and tie and felt very overdressed.

Interview
Interview was short and very casual. Interviewed with both field and office manager. The questions were about my education and limited professional experience. The questions never got in depth and were more conversational in nature. The whole interview lasted about 15 minutes. It appeared that they were looking for someone who likes the outdoors and working outside.
